Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics
(Griffith University, 2014)
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Bonnie Hancock is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for working with clients to look at holistic factors to achieve their best health.
After graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2014, Bonnie spent two years working in bariatric surgery and weight loss, before moving into consulting at a range of GP Clinics across the Gold Coast, allowing her to help people with a wide variety of health conditions.
Bonnie also specialises in sports nutrition, an interest area which has developed from her background as a professional athlete.
As well as seeing recreational and elite athletes in her clinics, Bonnie has been involved with various sporting clubs, educating athletes on nutrition, and is passionate about showing how we can greatly better body composition, recovery and performance through dietary changes in training and on competition day.
Rather than a quick fix or fad diet, Bonnie believes in tailoring a program to the individual and enjoys working one on one with clients to achieve their personal goals.
